BackerKit Surveys Going Out Today!

We are pleased to tell you that our BackerKit surveys have begun to go out today (04/20/23)! Thank you for your patience as we prepared them.
PLEASE NOTE: BackerKit will send surveys in waves over the next two days, so please allow up to 48 hours for your survey to be processed and sent to you. If at that point you still have not received one please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking. If you use an Apple ID with your email address, be aware that a different email could be generated for you for security reasons. If you have any issues, please click here to direct message us so that we can help! Always message us here on Kickstarter. We can't perform customer service on social media. :)
Surveys will remain open for about 30 days, but we'll do an update giving notice before they close so everyone is in the know. Once locked we'll have proper order numbers so that we can begin going into production on items! :)

Once again, on behalf of Legendary Comics, Karloff Enterprises, Lugosi Enterprises, Kerry Gammill, El Garing, and myself, we want to thank you for the overwhelming support of the Frankenstein/Dracula double bill Kickstarter. These stories and the actors who made them famous are eternal and immortal, and your support has helped perpetuate their legacy into the future.
So again, we thank you and can’t wait to share the books with you.

There are a lot of questions coming in now that the Kickstarter is over, so let's dive in:
Q: What's the purpose of the BackerKit survey?
A: We use these surveys for primarily two reasons:
- To collect shipping payments and addresses for all our backers in order to send their pledge rewards.
- To provide backers with the ability to select the add-on items we're featuring for this campaign.
Q: When will the BackerKit surveys be going out?
A: We are aiming to have the surveys launched in about two weeks from the Kickstarter wrapping, so tentatively April, 17th. They will go to the email address you have associated with your Kickstarter account. We'll do an update officially announcing when they have begun to go to everyone. It's worth noting though that it can take BackerKit up to 48 hours to process all surveys fully. If at that point you still have not received one, please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
Q: How long will I have to complete my survey?
A: Our goal is to get as many surveys completed as possible, so we give around 30 days to allow everyone proper time.
Q: Who can I talk to if I have questions, requests, or issues with my order?
A: If you have questions about your order, click here to DM us! Please always direct message us here on Kickstarter. We can't perform customer service on social media.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Our estimated delivery is still set for February of this year.

I sincerely want to thank the Kickstarter community for helping us reach our funding goal.
